The number of distinct Salesforce.com users who will be using ActevaRSVP for coordinating events, invitations, and reporting.
The number of events you expect to have throughout the year. The ActevaRSVP pricing tiers are based on an average of up to 5 events/month, up to an average of 12 events/month, and above 13 events per month.
Each pricing tier also includes an incredible number of of ActevaRSVP emails (invitations, confirmations, reminders, etc.). These are automatically enabled for your account to send through the ActevaRSVP mail server (there is no charge for email invitations sent through 3rd party email vendors). Customers needing more email than is included may upgrade their email tier separately from other pricing parameters.

In smaller or highly-centralized organizations, there may be just a few individuals coordinating any number of events.
