Request for Partial Travel Stipend
Request for AFI Scholarship to the Assets Learning Conference (September 11 - 13, 2008)

Please use this form to register for the AFI grantee training events scheduled for September 10, to request a travel stipend for the events, and/or to request an AFI scholarship to the Assets Learning Conference (September 11-13, 2008). 

As a condition of any request for a partial travel stipend or an AFI scholarship to the Assets Learning Conference, you agree to attend at least one of the AFI grantee events on September 10 and attend the Assets Learning Conference.   
Grantees may receive up to two partial travel stipends and two scholarships to the Assets Learning Conference.  Please provide one registration per individual. Register each individual separately.

Please note that the AFI Resource Center's funding for stipends and scholarships is limited, so the Resource Center makes no guarantees that it will be able to provide a scholarship or stipend to all grantees that request them.
